We are a family-run hospitality business in Tbilisi. The apartments have been in the family for 5 generations. We love them and love sharing them with people like you. We first opened our Tbilisi apartment doors to guests in 2013 and have been welcoming Tbilisi visitors from all corners of the world ever since. For over a decade, we have grown from one studio apartment in Tbilisi to 5 apartments and homes in 2 great locations in Old Tbilisi. More recently we added a new home in Old Tbilisi for Tbilisi expats in 2023.

I am from Tbilisi, my husband, Alan Forrest Smith is from Edinburgh and we live in England, Manchester. 

 

We both love travelling and living like locals wherever we are, we try to create the same experience and comfort during your stay.

 

My mother lives in Tbilisi in the house located in the same courtyard and she is available if you require any assistance. The neighbors in our yard are part of a friendly and welcoming community.

Citizen Tbilisi offers homes in two great locations, both of them located in the heart of old and central Tbilisi. Walk everywhere or jump on a Metro.

All our apartments are within walking distance from Metro Marjanishvili, Aghmashenebeli Avenue, the co-working hub at Fabrika, as well as plenty of choices for good cafes, restaurants, local shops, bakeries, gyms, yoga studio, and a famous farmers market, Dezertirebi Bazari.
